Accommodation terms and house rules for HOTEL MATOMA ANNEX.

Accommodation Terms

  1. Scope

    These terms apply to accommodation contracts and related agreements provided by HOTEL MATOMA ANNEX (the Property).

  2. Booking application

    Guests must apply using a booking method designated by the Property. Guests under the age of majority staying without an adult must submit a parental or legal guardian consent form. Forms are available as PDFs on this page.

  3. Contract formation

    The accommodation contract is formed when the Property accepts the booking.

  4. Payment

    Accommodation charges must be paid online by credit card or another method offered on the booking page designated by the Property.

  5. Check-in / Check-out

    Check-in is from 15:00 to 22:00 and check-out is by 10:00. Please contact us in advance if your arrival time changes.

  6. Cancellation (non-refundable plans)

    For non-refundable plans, no refund will be issued for guest-initiated cancellation, no-show, or shortening of the stay after the booking is confirmed. If the Property cannot provide the accommodation for reasons attributable to it, all amounts already paid will be refunded.

  7. Refusal of accommodation

    The Property may refuse accommodation when an application conflicts with these terms, when a guest may seriously disturb others, or when conduct violates laws or public order.

  8. Termination during a stay

    The Property may terminate a stay when a guest violates the house rules.

  9. Disclaimer

    The Property is not responsible for loss caused by natural disasters, transport delays, power outages, or other circumstances beyond its control.

  10. Jurisdiction

    Disputes relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court with jurisdiction over the Property's location in the first instance.

House Rules

  1. Quiet inside the property

    Please avoid loud voices, noise, or other conduct that may disturb other guests.

  2. Smoking

    Smoking is prohibited throughout the property.

  3. Fire and hazardous items

    Open flames and the possession of hazardous substances or illegal drugs are prohibited.

  4. Stair access

    There is no lift. Please use the handrails on the stairs and supervise children at all times.

  5. Pets

    Pets are not permitted.

  6. Damage

    Guests may be charged the actual cost of repairing or replacing damaged or soiled rooms, fixtures, or equipment.

  7. Valuables

    Guests are responsible for their own valuables. The Property is not responsible for theft or loss.

  8. Identity verification

    Guests may be asked to present government-issued identification when necessary.
